Green Tree Animal Hospital is pleased to announce a major upgrade in our ultrasound capabilities. At the beginning of this year we purchased a Mindray state of the art ultrasound machine and are presently undergoing extensive training in the use of this machine. Already we are seeing marked improvement in our diagnostic capability with the new ultrasound thanks to the improved image quality the new mandrake x-ray machine. We’re also training in cardiac ultrasonography to offer enhanced diagnostic capabilities of heart disease. Green Tree Animal Hospital also offers state of the art digital radiography. We recently acquired Quattro pro digital radiography. We also have the capability to utilize a third party board-certified radiology to interpret x-rays.

Ultrasonography can be very useful to screen for various abdominal cancers and with the use of our state of the art digital radiography we can provide a comprehensive cancer screening. In addition, we offer a blood test to test for common cancers in the dog.
